Integrating Yoga & Pilates concepts into core training

This workshop pulls together three of the hottest topics in today’s fitness arena. Using the exercise continuum, specific Pilates-style and Yoga exercises will be shown, analyzed, and applied to what we know about research-based core training.

Safety, effectiveness, and appropriateness in both the group setting and in one-on-one training will be addressed. Issues in core/stability training will be covered using current research.

Targeted audience: Personal Fitness Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors.
