WHAT IS IT?
This one-day continuing education workshop
will increase your programming know-how and
help to make you a safer and more creative
and knowledgeable fitness professional.
You’ll review and then expand your knowledge
of muscles and joint actions, and learn the
mechanisms of injury as well as
rehabilitation techniques for the shoulders,
knees, and back. The workshop will end with
an exercise progression brain-storming
session for all the major muscle groups.
