Robert, Jr., is a career security professional with demonstrated business acumen and 24-year record of success in planning and implementing strategically integrated security programs, tactical operations, counter-terrorism, intelligence gathering and executive protection. Robert's unique combination of experience managing high profile national events for large companies, government certified security firms, assistance in developing cutting edge counter-terrorism and protective security programs for high-growth entrepreneurial firms in the United States and abroad, and being a senior executive with Shiloh Trail, Inc.

In addition to a distinguished 20-year career with the Prince George’s County Police, Robert planned and directed the security requirements on the behalf of organizations tasked with the protection of visiting dignitaries, corporate heads, and internationally renowned entertainers. He also managed intelligence gathering and protection operations for visiting dignitaries and corporate executives in major regions including Washington, DC, Sacramento, and Phoenix, and internationally in the Middle East, Africa and the Caribbean. He serves as a Threat Assessment Analyst and Security Operations Trainer to an international campus in Africa.

After leaving government in 2002, Robert distinguished himself in the private sector with The Taylor Group as the Chairman of the Board. Robert was also the Executive Protection, Tactical Operations Coordinator and Team Leader for Promise Keepers and Encore Productions. Robert has been a featured guest on national radio, and television discussing security and protection related topics. Robert holds an undergraduate degree in Law Enforcement Technology / Security Management from Prince George’s College, and has earned numerous security linked instructor and train the trainer certifications from around the world.
