Patricia Tyler

Patricia Tyler has been involved in fitness since the early 1980's, first with running, swimming and squash and then as an Aerobics Instructor in South Africa in the early 1980s. While living in Hurghada she founded the Dolphin School (now known as El Gouna International School).

In 2001 she moved to Cairo, and began working as an Aerobics Instructor again (she currently holds Group Fitness Certification from AFAA). In addition to Pilates (Stott Pilates Certified), she teaches Spinning (Johnny G Certified) and is a Personal Trainer (ACE Certified).

Patricia travels yearly to fitness conventions worldwide. Her most recent conventions include: FitPro 2005 in Loughborough, England and IDEA 2006 in Las Vegas, U.S.A. She presented several workshops at the first Egyptian International Convention held at STEP Center in Cairo in September 2005. Patricia has also made several appearances on TV programs broadcast throughout Egypt and the Middle East, presenting topics ranging from Keigel Exercises to Pilates and Indoor Cycling. She also holds regular training seminars for new Indoor Cycling Instructors.

Patricia takes her passion and enthusiasm for teaching into all her classes, and is always thrilled when people change to become fitter and stronger as they achieve their goals.
