Gina Grant is a certified nutritionist,
personal trainer, group fitness instructor
and Spinning® instructor. Her main focus for
the class environment is mind/body classes,
chiefly Power Yoga, Pilates and Spinning.
As a valued member of the fitness industry
in Egypt, Gina has been educating fitness
professionals, nutrition consultants and
personal trainers alike for the last ten
years, through various courses and fitness
conventions. Her personal mission statement
is to “Inspire, motivate and instil the
desire for maximum potential, in everybody.”
