Christi Taylor is an International Fitness Trainer and the Star of 19 Fitness Videos and DVDs; sold world-wide. She has trained many of the elite fitness instructors throughout Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East and continues to educate and motivate fitness professionals with her experience and passion for health and fitness.

In addition to her own fitness DVD creations, Christi has also choreographed for Denise Austin, TV Fitness Guru, and is an American Council on Exercise (ACE), Strougo Academy for Fitness Education (SAFE) and Aerobic & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Continuing Education Provider. 

After 20 years of managing some of the leading fitness facilities in the eastern United States, Christi now resides in Arizona and continues to travel; training fitness instructors, staring in and producing fitness DVDs, and writing for several US and international fitness publications and consumer newspapers.
