YOGA STRONG will put your body through an

elements of Ashtanga Yoga, Pilates and power
strength movements. Knowing how to connect
the body to the mind, through breathing,
concentration and mindful placement of
oneself, is what truly turns a great workout
into a total experience.
This 1 ½ hour master-class will give you
time to understand each asana, replenishing
energy and giving you the tools to help you
through daily life; slowing down and
performing less vigorously can be the key to
moving forward. Understanding when to push
through a series of linked movements, to
increase both inner and outer strength, will
leave you and your body with a feeling of
complete exhilaration.
